- Precision Marking Performance
- The marking heads are driven by a lead screw mechanism that ensures absolute dot precision which is vital in 2D Data Matrix code marking, extensively used in the aerospace industry. The force control is variable to enable the operator to program the machine for optimum output on the material that is being marked. This ensures accurate marking depth when adhering to critical standards. The flat X/Y linear movement of the marking head also ensures depth consistency.
- Many Size and Control Options
- Choose from several standard marking window options, with custom sizes available on request. Control your marker with the panel-mounted touchscreen Pryor 4000 Integrator touchscreen controller, or link to a Windows PC using the 'USB' option.
- Marking Versatility
- Permanently mark text, data matrix codes, logos and more. Straight, angular, circular, and radial marking capability to accommodate a variety of part shapes and sizes.
- Connectivity Options
- 2 x RS-232 and Digital I/O (8 In/6 Out) connectivity – optional Ethernet TCP/IP.
