BD Series dot peen marking machines are designed for accuracy, speed, power and reliability. Robust yet compact, the BenchDot line is ideal for marking small- to medium-sized components (including data plates and irregular shapes) with text, logos, 2D codes, Data Matrix, and more.
Three marking window sizes are available to suit a variety of applications. All systems ship with an industrial-grade full-color touchscreen controller or can be programmed with Pryor’s MarkMaster Windows software.

- Multiple Sizes and Z-Axis Options
- Choose from a 3.93" x 3.93" (100 x 100mm), 5.90" x 5.90" (150 x 150mm), or 11.81" x 5.90" (300 x 150mm) marking window. Upgrade to a programmable electric Z-axis with Autosense (EZA) for increased quality control and repeatability in the most demanding applications.

- Straight, angular, circular, and radial marking capability to accommodate a variety of part shapes and sizes with quick changeover. Easily set up logos, Data Matrix (ECC 200) and QR codes, automatic time/date/shift coding, and automatic part counting.
