These premium industrial CDRH Class 1 workstations are available with up to 100 watts of laser power for the most demanding applications. The enclosures feature enhanced safety elements such as interlocked doors and a laser-rated viewing window.

Designed with the operator in mind, standard features such as power Z, plug-and-play rotary axis, LED lighting, integrated fume extraction port, mechanical assist door, and rear access panel allow for easy operation and maintenance.

The XL+ offers peace of mind, allowing for powerful, efficient, and precise marking without compromising workplace safety.

For greater installation flexibility, open-architecture (Class 4) laser marking workstations are also available.

A CDRH Class 1 cabinet fully encloses the marking laser for maximum safety, featuring interlocked safety doors, laser-safe viewing windows, and a proximity sensor automatically cuts off marking if the door is opened.

All Datamark laser markers ship with powerful, WYSIWYG laser marking software to easily mark text, graphics, serial numbers, date codes, Data Matrix and QR codes, UID and UDI syntax, linear barcodes, and much more. Requires a PC running Windows 10 or higher (not included).
